After a fantastic season in the FIA ETCR eTouring Car World Cup, the CUPRA EKS squad has been able to lift off a little and do some celebrating.
The CUPRA headquarters in Martorell near Barcelona were the venue this week as the FIA ETCR Manufacturers’ title winners and the 2022 King of the Season, Adrien Tambay, made a visit along with the CUPRA e-Racer.
An internal draw meant 100 lucky CUPRA employees got to attend the event and joining Adrien in attendance were Jordi Gené, Dr. Werner Tietz VP for Research and Development at CUPRA and Antonino Labate Director of Strategy and Operations at CUPRA and Xavi Serra Head of CUPRA Racing.
After an introduction and welcome from Dr Tietz. and Antonino Labate, Xavi Serra gave an explanation of the e-Racer before the drivers talked about their season, posed for pictures and signed autographs.
